Amazing opportunity to work in Brighton with the opportunity for hybrid working, you will be working for one of the most respected Travel companies in the UK. You will be responsible for contract and pricing load to our booking system and for checking sales advisors quotes for accuracy and correct margin achievement. The role is offered on a part time basis and is roughly 24 hours a week. This role is suited to previous sales or operations experience in travel. The role of the Contracts Executive requires Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with very high attention to detail.
The Job
* Contacting suppliers for updated rates and load of rates to our booking system, negotiating best rates and maintaining great business relationships
* Liaison with sales team on product developments and pricing information
* Checking sales quote production for content accuracy
* Dealing with the health and safety audits of hotels (subject to training)
Skills Required:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with very high attention to detail
* Self-motivation, drive and a determination to get the job done, plus the ability to cope when a problem arises.
* Knowledge of main European destinations and the pricing policies of various agents is desirable.
The Package:
* Permanent part-time position, FT salary £25k pro rata-d to hours worked, plus £4000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
