My client is a leading specialist tour operator based near Nottingham who is looking to recruit an Overseas Contractor to support the business's grow ambitions by identifying and contracting new ski product, including hotels, ski hire and instructors in the Alps. This exciting role with hybrid or homeworking, a flexible working environment and a very competitive salary or up to 50k, within an excellent company is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right experience.

The Job:

Contracting new ski product, including hotels, ski hire and instructors, Primarily in the Alps and Austria in particular.

Other key contracting projects as required by the business.

Report appropriately on agreed KPI's.

Experience Required:

Experience of contracting ski product in Austria is essential

Ideally for the groups/school market

Contracting ski product outside of Austria is desirable.

Must be commercially 'savvy' and have the ability to identify growth opportunities via a good understanding of market and audience dynamics.

Must be able to effectively engage people and be a strong negotiator

Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, effectively prioritise tasks, be resilient and handle pressure calmly and objectively.

Fluency in German desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

A fantastic Basic Salary of £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 dependent on experience, A flexible working environment, Hybrid or Homeworking. 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service.
