The Job:

  • Lead and mentor a team, overseeing travel consultants and supporting their growth and development.
  • Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Provide expert travel advice, ensuring compliance with travel policies and optimising travel experiences.
  • The implementation of new clients.
  • Enhance current travel programmes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
