Are you an experienced Events & Operations Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Fantastic opportunity for an Events & Operations Manager to join a small team to coordinate all event operations. This role will involve some travelling abroad required.
The Role:
* Coordinating all guest bookings in various guest lists
* Guest list management whilst paying close attention to guest requirements and venue capacities
* Working closely with the director in planning, organising, and managing events
* Creating guest information programmes and schedules
* Answering guest queries prior, during and after the events
* Proactively anticipating guest needs to ensure their experience is unbeatable
* Answering to website enquiries with the aim of converting them into sales
* Keeping website availability and pricing current and up to date using the site's CMS
* Assisting in general office administration duties

Experience Required:
* Experience of working within hospitality or events
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently
* Great communication skills with a strong eye for detail
* Quick-thinking and the ability to work well under pressure
* Patient, positive and "problem solving" attitude
* Additional languages (particularly French) a bonus!
The Package:
* This role is full time office based 0830 -1730
* Salary £30,000 - £40,000
