We are working with a Specialist Motorsport Travel company, who are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced Sales team. They are looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven MotoGP expert, who have a desire to ensure that every client has the greatest experience possible on our breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from prospective and existing customers providing them with a
  • knowledge on MotoGP and the trips offered
  • Use a variety of systems to book all elements of the customer's holiday
  • Proactively following up on qualified sales leads and working to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Use knowledge of MotoGP to put together components contributing to the overall travel package
  • Use knowledge of MotoGP to sell based on the wants & needs of clients
  • Dealing with the full lifecycle of customer queries and service from pre to post departure

Must have skills and competencies:

  • Must have a passion and knowledge of MotoGP
  • Must have previous direct target driven sales experience, not retail sales
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport very quickly with customers
  • Must have high attention to detail showing accurate grammar and numerical skills
  • Must have experience of working with Microsoft applications and able to pick up new systems easily

Other skills and competencies:

  • Travel organisation experience would be a bonus
  • Be obsessive about our customers and the service we give them in order to enhance their enjoyment of our holidays
  • Ability to prioritise workload and show a high level of urgency. Shows flexibility, quick thinking and a highly organized approach
  • Enthusiasm, motivated and a passion to deliver excellent sales and service with a 'can do' attitude
  • A willingness to learn, and grow with the company
