The Job:
As MICE Project Manager Italian Speaker, you will look after the Italian Incentives Market.
Your role will be to produce competitive incentive quotations for your clients and ensure your team are doing the same.
Generate a healthy conversion rate from enquiry to booking.
You will ensure that all quotations are completed within guideline deadlines.
You will be responsible for building relationships with your clients and suppliers along with a good relationship with your team.
You will also assume responsibility for your clients both pending and confirmed groups.
As the MICE Project Manager, you will also manage a small team of Incentive Account Executives!

Experience Required:
Fluency in English & Italian is essential
A third European language such as French or Spanish would be an advantage.
A minimum of two years' experience with an inbound operator in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the UK & London in particular and what it has to offer as a MICE destination.

The Package:
My client is offering a competitive salary package from £26,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
