THE JOB:
You will be predominantly on the phones and email fulfilling the leisure travel requirements of high net worth members, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries with multiple destinations, European beach holidays and straight forward hotel bookings. Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, skilful use of travel knowledge and technology will deliver superb member satisfaction and repeat business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You must have fluency in either French or Arabic.
A proven background in European and worldwide travel sales.
Previous experience within retail travel agency or tour operator.
Previous user experience with GDS Amadeus or a similar GDS.
Ticketing experience is a plus.
A passion for high quality, personalised support and excellent skills
Initiative and creativity

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
Working hours will span shifts between 8am and 9pm working 5 out of 7 days a week gaining 1 weekend off in every 3.
Working from prestigious offices based near Euston, London

THE PACKAGE:
For the successful candidate a competitive salary of £24,000 to £27,000 plus bonus and company benefits which will be discussed at interview stage.
