Luxury Travel Sales Consultant required for this busy, luxury, independent, Travel Company, located in Chester.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working as a Luxury Travel Sales Consultant you will need to provide a professional, friendly and informative sales service to the customers that is focused on offering the highest level of customer service possible. To offer expert product knowledge and to tailor a clients requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- Selling via telephone or via email.

- Delivering the highest standard of customer service.

- Creating, often complex, itineraries to perfectly suit customer requirements.

- Selling all worldwide destinations, including Europe, Indian Ocean, Far East, Middle East and Caribbean.

- Liaising with repeat, new and recommended clients, servicing their needs at the highest standards.

- Booking luxury travel arrangements, products and travel itineraries.

- Spending to time to ensure the perfect travel arrangements are made for your client.

- Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience and knowledge.

- Working well as a team player, and alone.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This is an excellent position working for a luxury, independent, Cheshire based, company, progressing well in your career. The successful candidate should be suitably experienced, possessing a high level of customer service and passion for travel. Some CRS (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus experience would be preferred, not essential.

THE PACKAGE:

Working model(s): Office-based in Chester, Hybrid or Homeworking position(s) available and in return you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary, depending on experience up to £30,000pa PLUS company benefits and travel discounts.
