Are luxury holidays/villas your speciality? Are you an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant used to dealing with high profile clients and celebrities?
If you have 5 years minimum experience with premium or private travel (preferred) or luxury sales and you want to continue your Luxury Travel Consultant career with a leading specialist in the London area, then keep reading!

What you'll be responsible for:

* Meet sales targets, conversion targets and customer satisfaction scores
* Identify, qualify and convert enquiries into bookings; both inbound and outbound sales
* Provide an exceptional level of service to customers pre, during and post-stay
* Develop a portfolio of new and repeat customers; including generating inbound leads
* Identify key clients and establish a robust process for key client account management
* Input into overall sales process and suggest improvements
* Contribute energy and motivation to a cohesive culture


What we're looking for:

* Experience of 5+ years in premium or private travel (preferred) or luxury sales
* Demonstrated history of generating sales and meeting targets
* Commercially-minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer satisfaction
* Expertise and passion in two or more international destinations
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccably organised and accurate in execution
* Team player
* Availability to work on a rotating shift which includes weekends
* Fluency in one or more European language (an advantage)


You will be instrumental in assisting customers find the best luxury villa for them globally,
closing sales and generating revenue.


THE PACKAGE:
The salary package on offer for this position of Luxury Sales Consultant includes a basic salary of circa £25,000 - £28,000 subject to experience along with an excellent commission structure!
