Established independent luxury travel company are seeking a Travel Consultant to specialise in creating amazing overseas weddings and their related travel itineraries. Fully remote working, Monday to Friday, office hours, salary up to £30k pa plus an achievable and highly attractive commission scheme for your sales. If you are knowledgeable and passionate about luxury-long haul destinations and have previous experience in booking weddings, honeymoons abroad, this roles with great hours and great salary too. So if you have worked for a luxury Travel Agency or Tour Operator, have worked from home. This is a great move for a dynamic travel consultant, to join a buoyant, stable travel company working on a specialist product.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Following up leads from online enquiries for luxury holidays
• Offering excellent customer service quoting both package and tailor-made holidays
• Itineraries often focus on the Caribbean & Indian Ocean
• Booking weddings overseas and the related travel, hotel and itineraries for the happy couple, friends and family
• Convert enquiries to booking to exceed targets and earn commission
• Working in a small team, Monday to Friday rota 0900- 1730

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Solid experience in retail travel or tour operations
• Experienced in dealing with online enquiries and pro-actively making outbound follow up calls to confirm bookings
• Ideally have experience of long-haul destinations, tailor-making holidays, honeymoons and weddings
• Have a real passion for travel
• Be pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and good all-round destination knowledge

THE PACKAGE:

A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience with a base salary from £25000 to £30000 dependent on experience, plus commission structure, incentives and educational trips.
