We have a great opportunity with an established Luxury Tour Operator as an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor. This position will require you to handle VIP clients so impeccable customer service, teamwork and strong knowledge is a must.

The Role:
To book and manage all aspects of our Private Travel clients, ensuring the highest possible standards are delivered at all times with a personalised and individual approach to each quote, in accordance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs. Analyse all inquiries and requests received from clients and decide on the best options to offer. Deliver package holiday or individual travel plans to deliver luxury travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and any VIP specific requirements are met.
• Fully service all luxury leisure VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality VIP documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations.
• Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
• Manage Quality Control (QC) procedures and tasks.
• Negotiate & package best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure. Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitability. 
• Have a good understanding of ATOL package regulations

Experience & skills required:

• 3+ years of relevant experience within a travel agency - Required

• Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues - Required
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred) - Required

• Experience handling demanding VIP Corporate Clients - Required

• Versed in booking flights, hotels, and good understanding of published airfares - Required

Package:

Salary £32,000 - £38,000
