An opportunity has arisen with a small independent Luxury Villa Specialist Company, they offer hand picked stunning Villas, haciendas and cortijos in Spain mainly located in the beautiful resort of Marbella and the surrounding areas. The resort concierge will be the main contact on the ground for guests and work closely with suppliers and clients alike to ensure the highest standards of service are adhered to at all times. The main responsibilities will be to make sure the guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience throughout their stay. The role requires the successful candidate to be based in Spain and have an abundance of knowledge on the Costa Del Sol and what the selected resorts offer. You will work closely with Villa staff and liaise between LVC head office and guests. You will have the ability to remain calm in adverse situations and respond to any issues effectively an in a profession manner.

Experience Required:

This role is for a confident, friendly outgoing individual who thrives on attention to detail with excellent communication skills, someone who enjoys being sociable around people and making dreams/memories come true. Good administrative and organisation skills are required and a professional approach is a must. Must have a passion for Luxury travel and its clientele alike.

The Role:

  • Introduction of yourself and the company, being present at Villas on guest arrival and departures,
  • Being on hand throughout the guest stay for any assistance required
  • Assist with any last minute changes, reservations required for excursions and restaurants etc
  • Source items and general information requested by guests
  • Response swiftly to any issues or concerns that arise
  • Provide a wealth of local knowledge and information
  • Be contactable via WhatsApp/phone and email
  • Villa inspections prior to arrival to check standards, maintenance and cleanliness expectation are met
  • Daily reporting and updates for head office
  • Assist with villa and resort marketing to promote sales and increase revenue

Package offered:

Starting salary is very much dependent on experience and negotiable. This is a very exciting role with plenty of scope to grow as the business does. LVC is a small friendly firm, with big expectation.
