We are looking for an experienced Luxury Beach Travel Specialist to join our growing team in North West London.

The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for the Indian Ocean region and a strong understanding of destinations such as Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives and Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for designing and selling memorable, tailor-made holidays while providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves travel, enjoys building relationships and has the confidence to turn customers' ideas and aspirations into expertly planned holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sell tailor-made holidays and luxury travel experiences across the Indian Ocean.
• Develop a strong understanding of destinations, hotels, resorts, excursions, activities, airlines and local experiences.
• Provide expert destination and product advice, making recommendations based on each customer's individual needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, suppliers and other travel partners.
• Handle amendments, special requests and unexpected issues professionally and efficiently.
• Achieve sales targets.

Skills Required:

• Has previous experience in travel sales, preferably specialising in the Indian Ocean, luxury travel or long-haul holidays.
• Experience using a GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
• First-hand destination knowledge of one or more Indian Ocean destinations.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident selling higher-value holidays and discussing budgets with customers.

Package:

• The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of £25,0000 (dependent on experience), plus monthly commission with an OTE of £40,0000
• Monthly bonuses for top performances
• Fully office based
• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm / Saturdays: 10am to 4pm (NO Sundays)
