Duties:
*Oversee the Longhaul team on a day to day operational basis
*Ability to guide and mentor team with proven track record with sales
*Lead by example on top customer service
*Be commercially aware of competitors, products, current affairs and any other industry news
*Work closely with the marketing team with any promotions/ sales and offers
*Assist in training new and existing members on systems and help when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience within a Travel agency essential
*Minimum of 2 years using Amadeus
*History of working in leadership and / or managing positions
*Fluent English essential

The package:

*Great hours; Monday - Saturday
