We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team , as the sales manager you will have the opportunity to grow our UK business significantly in a self-determined way, so you can develop your own reputation within the tourism sector ,The ability to make use of your network and you are the strategic head of the whole UK and IE market .As the Sales Manager you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
The Job:
- Develop leisure business from the UK market for a portfolio of hotels in Sri Lanka and Maldives
- Develop the existing key accounts and also take an active part in generating new clients and opening doors for new collaborations.
- Be responsible for UK-wide sales, acquisition of new customers, contract negotiations with luxury tour operators and travel partners, conducting product trainings, participating in trade fairs and event on behalf of the client and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate strategies.
Represent Leisure Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Skills Required:
- With your hotel and travel industry background, you possess a compelling blend of sales and marketing skills.
- Your sales-oriented personality is evident, and you have a strong drive to independently expand into exciting and diverse markets, such as the UK, while striving for tangible results.
- As a natural business developer, you thrive in fast-paced environments characterized by flat hierarchies, open-door policies, and dynamic individuals.
- Fluent English proficiency in both spoken and written communication is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Your documented experience in tourism sales, particularly in selling hotels in South East Asia, is highly valued.
- Ideally, you bring strategic expertise and a well-established network to foster the development and entry into tourism-related sectors.
- An educational background in economics, travel/tourism, hotel management, or a similar field is preferred.
The Package:
- Starting salary circa 40,000
- Hybrid working - London
