Are you an experienced Travel Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader from either a retail travel, business travel, tour operations or an events & incentives background? Would you like a Monday to Friday role, paying up to £37k pa, bonus and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays? A team Leader opportunity has arisen with an Incentive Travel company to manage a small (but growing) team of 4, being hands on managing corporate clients, putting together travel itineraries for incentives and prizes. This a hybrid position, based within a commutable distance of Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough and Bedford.

Based in Buckinghamshire they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and unique, memorable rewards. As they are growing they are seeking a Team Leader to join our team and help manage their incentive travel operations. As the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our prize fulfilment service. You will manage a small, dynamic team and be responsible for coordinating, planning, and delivering exciting travel prizes and incentives to clients. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope for growth and progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Incentives team, setting clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver travel incentives and prize experiences from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage workloads, budgets, and timelines to support both team performance and business objectives.
- Provide practical leadership and support to your team, addressing issues promptly and constructively.
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure client and prize winner queries are handled efficiently, professionally, and consistently.
- Review processes and team structure regularly, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
- Encourage ownership and accountability within the team, while remaining approachable and supportive.
- Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations that improve service delivery and support sustainable business growth.

Your Experience:
We are seeking someone with a proven management experience from a Travel Company, either from a Tour Operator or a Business Travel Company. In addition you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be a strong leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a willingness to take on new challenges and grow with the business.
