Full or Part time HR Business Partner required for a dynamic, growing company who develop travel software booking solutions for the travel industry. You will act as an intermediary between the teams and HR and will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers. You will also be on hand to provide administrative support to the Head of HR for a variety of personnel related duties. A significant part of the role will be, in conjunction with the Group Training Manager, supporting the development of staff, including the Graduate programme and career pathway.

During the on-going expansion recruitment will also be a large aspect of the role and you will take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle. The is a generalist role and we are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience who is currently working within a similar position.

Key Duties:
Dealing with various HR queries, escalating to the Head of HR as appropriate
Identify and communicate training requirements and provide administrative support to the Group Training Manager
Taking ownership the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, on-boarding and induction of all newly hired employees offering support throughout their probation
Provide administrative support to managers as and when required
Communicating and ensuring compliance to all HR policies and procedures
Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made
Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they may have
Support & coordinate HR projects eg. Staff survey, recognition programme
Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management
Provide additional HR support to the Pakistan office if required

Experience required:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive HR Business Partner who is able to deliver an efficient service. You will ideally have a minimum of level 3 CIPD or working towards a CIPD qualification and at least 5 years generalist HR experience.
