We are seeking an experienced Head of Franchise to help support the company's ambitious growth strategy. You will have a proven background in growing a Franchise Business and be ready for a new challenge within an industry that is seeing unprecedented demand; Travel. There is huge scope with this role, so if you are looking to join a progressive fast-growing company and be instrumental in its success, this is for you. Salary is completely dependent on experience, so we are open to hearing your current salary and expectations. This is a remote role, which can be based anywhere, however there will be regular travel to HO on the South Coast, as well as travel as part of the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Spearhead the Travel Franchise group; lead and develop the strategy for converting the pipeline into new Franchisees;
  • Take the lead in demonstrating success through effective marketing campaigns to secure Franchisees and engage with existing Franchisees to maintain their commitment to the brand
  • Host sessions to introduce and sell the concept to prospective franchisees, through to closing the deal to turn our future franchisees' dreams into reality.
  • Be the stepping-stone to lead them through the journey to become franchise partners.
  • Constantly hone and refine what you and the team do, to keep it the best that it can be whether that's training, development, simplification or efficiencies.
  • Continually strive to be fresh and at the forefront in terms of new ideas and ways of working.
  • Work closely with the Founders, so that you can support their vision to move into focusing on international growth, leaving the Travel Franchise in your capable hands.
  • Doing this all as effectively as possible, removing obstacles to guarantee a smooth pipeline and associated revenue throughout the year.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful candidate must have extensive experience recruiting Franchisees. This does not have to be within Travel but would suit you if the idea of joining the Travel Industry, (at a time when there is so much scope to increase market share within a buoyant market) appeals?! You will have extensive and proven leadership skills to manage a growing The Travel Franchise team. You will be results driven, passionate and committed to your goals.

The salary is open to discussion and negotiation dependent on your experience, interview and aspirations. This is an award-winning, fast-growing company and you will be joining at a unique time both the company and the industry itself, as we see Travel really take off post-pandemic! This is a homebased position but of course will include regular travel to be successful in the role as well as regular travel to Head Office (based on the South-Coast).
