Amazing opportunity available for a Partnerships Manager to join a friendly team. Are you a dynamic self-motivator with great interpersonal, organisational and technology skills. Working in conjunction with the Commercial team, working a hybrid of remote and optional office option. You will be representing hotel portfolios in Mexico and the Caribbean and beyond, presenting hotels to the trade in multiple source markets assigned to you.

The Job:

  • Engagement with commercial team to agree strategic and tactical requirements.
  • Identify selling and training opportunities that best serve those requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key trade partners including travel agents, tour operators, tourist boards and trade media to ensure optimum exposure.
  • Produce, enhance and maintain visual, written and virtual training presentations to a high standard in line with corporate guidelines of our clients.
  • Plan and execute virtual and face to face product training sessions and events for key partners, tour operators and agents either as solus or in conjunction with event organisers and partners.
  • Regular evening and some weekend participation will be required
  • Create and / or build upon and maintain agent facing Social Media channels to in line with needs of the respective clients.
  • Plan and host agent / operator fam trips including full itineraries, within budgets and commercial guidelines.
  • Support and respond to travel and trade enquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and stimulate a variety of online rewards and training programmes, increasing membership and engagement levels in each client program.
  • Benchmarking competitor set, analyse and interpret results to take effective measures of opportunity within your area of responsibility.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in German & English, additional European languages an advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented with a positive mindset.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Well-spoken and with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, with regular evening and occasional weekend work required.
  • Enjoys regular travel and is able to work 'solo' away from home for part of the working week.
  • Also enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively analyse and interpret information.
  • Understanding and network of industry contacts and relationships an advantage
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Driving is required: Full and clean driving licence valid in the UK is essential.

The Package:

  • Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Car / Travel allowance
