JOB DESCRIPTION;
As a French / German Speaking Travel Support Consultant you will work within the office in Glasgow ( or home based) providing cover for the web team that uses the back office booking robotic tool, which checks all bookings made via their
Website and associated system and flag any problems or follow up actions.
Duties Include:
- Processing tickets
- Clearing Ticketing error returns
- Actioning clients requests via Amadeus
- Adhering to all process and working practices to fully support the off-line function to both internal and external clients
- Use technical experience to find opportunities to achieve 'best value' from the clients spend, through sourcing the best fares via proper use of Netts.
EXPERIRENCE REQUIRED:
You will need experience of using a travel GDS system, similar to Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo. Fluent in French or German speaking and have strong customer service experience.
THE PACKAGE:
Ideally we are looking for individuals who can start on the 23rd July. You will be offered a basic salary of £18,000-£23,000 depending on experience with a bonus and further travel benefits.
