Do you work in Business Travel? Do you have Amadeus experience? Are you a passionate French or German-speaking Business Travel Team Manager? Are you looking for a new challenge to further develop and grow your skill set within the travel industry? As Team Manager you will lead an Operations team to success, providing strong motivational leadership, support, advice, performance management to cultivate high performance for the company.

Job Purpose:
*To enhance and monitor the performance of their team; to build capability; engage the team; and to help achieve the company's business plan objectives.
*To be a positive role model for their team, showing proactively in all areas of both client service and people management.
*Provide clear objectives for the team in order to meet all Service Level Standards and provide clients with a seamless customer experience.

Key Duties:
*Proactively seek to build the relationship, ensuring regular contact with clients.
*Managing any escalated queries from the team with a view to providing high quality customer service at all times.
*Liaise with the relevant member of the sales team in order to provide enhanced customer service, aid rapport building, as well as being actively involved in tender presentations.
*Handling of all pre-departure complaints and queries for clients. Problem-solving effectively and offering relevant solutions.
*Provide guidance on airline contracts and fares expertise for the team.
*Coach team in the area of the company's product knowledge.
*Conduct regular call monitoring and booking checks for the team in order to measure customer service levels and ensure all Service Level Standards are maintained.
*Ensure Client and team SLA's are met.
*Ensure team and individuals meet and exceed their profit performance targets as set by the business
*Positively and constructively manage the team to make it a success.
*Carry out monthly one-to-ones to review performance and provide coaching opportunities for team members.
*Develop effective succession planning solutions within the team.
*Ensure development of talent, recognising high performers through innovative development solutions.
*Produce and analyse monthly team revenue report for Head of Department
*Produce and analyse monthly team commissions report for the Head of Department
*Actively take part in Reservations Team Managers meetings.
*Effective communication to facilitate problem solving within the team.

Experience Required:
*6 months experience in a Team Manager position or 1-year experience as an Assistant Team Manager
*German and French Dual speaker (or 1 of the languages)
*Minimum of 1-year customer service and sales experience in Business Travel Reservations.
*Minimum 5 grade C GCSE's including English and Maths.
*Proven record of managing a team.
*Experience with Amadeus
*Knowledge of the wider travel industry.
*Supervisory qualifications.
