A successful and well-known travel company is seeking a driven and sales-hungry flight sales advisor to join its busy flight reservations team. You will be responsible for taking incoming customer call enquiries and understanding their requirements, making flight reservations to accommodate the customer's needs.
THE JOB:
*To book flights for our customers
*To be passionate on every call about the brand
*To maintain a positive mindset to overcome challenges and barriers
*To handle customer queries and resolve at first contact
*To handle customer complaints and resolve at first point of contact whenever possible
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Fluent in English & Italian essential
*Strong customer service background
*Competent and confident in the use of systems (an understanding of flight reservation systems an advantage)
*Experience in the contact centre environment desirable but, will consider other customer service environments
*Experience in communicating with staff from different cultures and/or countries.
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
*Competent numeracy skills
*Highly motivated
*Pro-active and able to manage own workload effectively
The shift patterns are varied on a rotation between:
08:00 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday
08:30 - 20:00 Friday
09:00 - 18:00 Saturday and bank holidays
10:00 - 17:00 Sundays
You must be able to work all shifts
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of £20,000 plus excellent additional benefits.
