Are you looking for a new and exciting role?? Would you like to work for a Luxury Tour operator? My client are looking for a Finance/Accounts Assistant required for a Luxury Travel Specialist in Birmingham . My client is seeking an additional Finance team member to join their small team of finance assistants.
The successful candidate needs to show enthusiasm for resolving client queries and providing the highest levels of customer service, thus ensuring retention of clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reconciling tour operator/ supplier statements and daily income, and processing payments
* Reconciling expenses and credit card statements
* Maintaining and posting to travel ledger
* Completing client credit control
* Resolving client queries, both email and telephone based, including processing client payments

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Must have experience within a Finance/ Accounts environment, ideally within the travel industry.
* Experience within credit control role or reconciliation and invoicing.
* Must be confident working with numbers and calculations, including use of spreadsheets and matrices
* Work methodically to resolve queries, remaining accurate at all times
* Must possess a professional and welcoming telephone manner
* Remain calm in a pressurised environment

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a fantastic salary plus benefits
£20,000 - £23,000 plus great Travel benefits and company pension.
