Do you have experience working withing Customer Service / Admin? Do you love the Travel / Events Industry and looking for an exciting work hard / play hard Monday - Friday role based in Central London?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Events / Operations Execuitve to join a niche Travel / Events company based near Waterloo!
Job responsibilities:
- The Administration Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the events are booked correctly.
- You will book up hotels and activity centres and perform other general booking administration.
- Provide excellent customer service and a winning telephone manner
- You will ensure the full balance is received on time and see that everything runs like clockwork up until and after the event.
- You will be communicating all aspects of the booking directly with the Lead Organiser.
- You will be utilising a variety of communication channels from email, phone, internal messaging and booking systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within the Travel / Events Industry (desirable)
- Customer Service / Admin experience (essential)
- Confident communication skills
- Naturally inclined to please and delight customers
- A strong grasp of English language writing skills
- A strong aptitude for numbers and calculating booking balances
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
- A strong ability to resolve all booking issues
- Outgoing personality.
- Enjoys socialising and experiencing nightlife
- A strong work ethic and good time management keeping
- Previous successful administrative experience is essential
- You should live by the motto "Work Hard - Play Hard!"
Working Hours, Package & Benefits:
- Monday - Friday (9 - 5.30pm)
- Base Salary - £21,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) + incentives for achieving customer satisfaction targets
- 20 days Holidays + Bank Holiday
