The ideal candidate must have professional background in EU employment law and will be assisting a local HR Manager with managing diverse workforce across multiple European countries in the following processes:
· Recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
· Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
· Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
· Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
· Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
· Coordinating logistics for new hires
· Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
· Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency

We will welcome candidates who possess the following skills/knowledge:
· Proven experience of working as EU employment advisor within a global
organization with diverse workforce
· Employment law degree/certification is mandatory
· MS Office skills
· Employee relations experience and current thorough knowledge of employment
law
· Being able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
· Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
