Attention all Czech speakers within the travel industry. Are you an experienced travel agent or airline reservations agent looking for a job with an immediate start? I am recruiting for a major airline based near to Heathrow airport who are seeking a Sales Support Agent to assist their team on a temporary basis.

THE JOB:
You will be assisting the travel trade B2B clients with existing bookings.
Handling enquiries via email, web and telephone.
Reading and amending PNR's / bookings.
Using the airlines own in-house reservations system similar to a GDS.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous air reservations experience is a must.
You must have worked within a travel agency or airline reservations previously.
You must be able to speak, read and write in Czech Language.
You must be able to start employment immediately.
You must have the full rights to work in the UK.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
Working Monday to Friday
Shifts between 8am to 10pm
Located by Heathrow Airport in prestigious offices
This on-going temp could last between 6 to 9 months plus there may be an opportunity to secure a permanent role if successful.
