Are you experience in managing all CVENT processes?
We have an exciting opportunity for a CVENT Delegate Management Executive to join a Travel Federation, based in Southeast London.
We are looking for an experienced CVENT specialist who is accustomed to working with CVENT in other languages. This company offer a sense of belonging in our international family and welcome applications from those who share our values and who are committed to our purpose.
The job:
- Review the way the company work with CVENT
- Creation and maintenance of templates, on-line registration websites, email campaigns, mobile apps, and other Cvent products as appropriate based on our licensed products, to align with the company branding and compliance requirements
- Introduce best practice and solutions
- Writing training manual(s)
- Training Members
- Evaluation of the project, to ensure good practice within CVENT
The Candidate:
- Cvent Event Management Advanced certification
- Intermediate user of MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience within the CVENT environment (including multi-lingual events, where the platform is built in other languages)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and additional responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong communication skills through all mediums with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships (for all levels of an organisation, including executives)
- Proven analytical skills with consistent high attention to detail; accuracy in spelling and grammar
- Strong sense of accountability; resourcefulness in identifying a problem or process improvement and following through to implement
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced global organization
- University Degree or equivalent web design experience
- Another language would be an advantage
Package:
2 year fixed contract - Salary is fully negotiable, depending on experience.
