We are excited to be recruiting a Customer loyalty manager to join our award-winning travel company. This is a full-time role, and the successful applicant will be expected to work at least two, and ideally more, days in the office, in London. You'll be developing and nurturing relationships with our existing client base to encourage loyalty and new bookings. You will get to know our clients and their travel preferences through thoughtful communication and relationship building, sometimes helping them decide where to discover next if they don't have a specific destination in mind. You'll inspire them with your own passion for, and knowledge of, travel, and provide exceptional customer care between trips.
The Job:
* Drive referral business - encouraging referrals and recognising clients when they refer new clients Turn first time bookers into repeat bookers
* Help reactivate lapsed clients
* Engage existing client database to drive repeat business
* Analyse data and feedback to enhance client profiles, and making sure profiles are kept up to date
* Nurture and help facilitate non-region-specific enquiries
* Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth client journey for VIP clients
* Meet new clients and potential future clients in person where/when relevant
Skills Required:
* Someone who has experience in the travel industry, most likely with a background as a tailormade travel sales consultant or product manager
* Someone who can form deep, trusting relationships with clients
* Someone self-assured with a good phone manner and the confidence to speak to clients, even if they have not been engaged for some time
* Someone happy to get involved on new projects and try new things
* Someone charismatic, curious, and who naturally cultivates connections
* Someone who has an aptitude for data analysis (or a willingness to learn)
* Someone who can demonstrate an understanding of the company's ethos and culture
The Package:
* Salary £32,000 + commission/bonus/incentive: as part of the Support Team, you would be eligible to a share of the annual Support Team bonus scheme
* 23 days annual leave, increasing one day per full year of service up to 30 days
