We are working with a lovely company who are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their team.
You need to have worked in a Customer Care role and must be able to start on the 31st Match
We play an integral part in our customers' holiday experience. From the moment they confirm their holiday to when they set sail, our team goes above and beyond to ensure our customers have a the best service throughout. We are proud to provide the very best customer experience not only in the cruise industry but across travel, our aim is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all channels of communication
Responsibilities:
- Maintain service levels across all platforms
- Answer customer pre departure queries
- Provide customers a place to upgrade their holiday
- Customer cancellations
- Make amendments or transfers to their holiday plans
- Deal with pre and post complaints
- Give customers a reason to come back by providing a seamless and positive experience.
Salary:
£25,000 basic salary
