Remote Cruise Sales Consultant - UK Wide

Fully Remote | Salary up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission | OTE £45,000+

We're looking for an experienced Cruise Sales Consultant to join a successful travel business in a fully remote role, selling exceptional cruise holidays to customers across the UK.

This is an opportunity for a target-driven, commercially minded cruise specialist who loves converting enquiries into bookings, maximising sales opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be responsible for selling a wide range of worldwide cruise holidays, using your cruise expertise to create tailored experiences for customers.

You'll be confident selling cruise across different cruise lines and booking systems, while also identifying opportunities to enhance bookings with pre- and post-cruise stays, transfers, excursions and other land-based add-ons.

As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Selling worldwide cruise holidays and packages to customers
• Working across multiple cruise booking systems
• Converting enquiries into bookings and maximising sales opportunities
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
• Using your extensive cruise knowledge to recommend the right product for each customer
• Selling land-based extensions, hotels, transfers and other add-ons
• Providing a consistently high standard of customer service
• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
• Keeping up to date with cruise lines, ships, destinations, itineraries and industry developments
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own sales performance

About You as a Cruise Sales Consultant:

You'll need proven experience selling cruises within a travel sales environment. This isn't an opportunity for someone looking to learn cruise from scratch - we're looking for someone who already has the product knowledge and sales ability to hit the ground running.

As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you'll ideally have:

• Strong cruise sales experience
• Experience using different cruise booking systems
• Excellent knowledge of the worldwide cruise market
• Good knowledge of worldwide destinations
• Experience selling land-based add-ons and extensions
• A strong sales and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine passion for travel and cruise
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maximising revenue
• A proactive approach and the drive to achieve - and exceed - targets
• The flexibility to work weekends and shifts as part of the working pattern
