The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Cruise Product Executive to join one of the UK's largest independent Tour Operators / cruise agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in tailor-made cruise sales who is looking to transition into a product-focused role with full training and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing allocation systems, loading product data, researching new cruise products, and proactively sourcing and setting up special offers across a broad range of cruise sectors, including river, expedition, luxury and mainstream ocean cruising.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong cruise knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source competitive rates and availability through bedbanks, DMCs and touring companies.
  • Work closely with suppliers and cruise partners to secure the best product offerings and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage allocation systems and accurately load product and pricing data.
  • Research and develop new cruise product opportunities and special offers.
  • Ensure all product information, pricing and inclusions are accurate, up to date and commercially competitive.
  • Support the wider Product team with promotions, campaigns and new product development.
  • Stay informed on cruise industry trends, destinations and supplier developments.
  • Adapt efficiently to new systems, processes and ways of working.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within tailor-made cruise sales or a cruise product environment.
  • Strong cruise product knowledge across river cruising, expedition cruising, luxury cruising and mainstream ocean cruising
  • Experience packaging multi-component holidays, including flights, hotels and tours.
  • Knowledge of working with bedbanks, DMCs and touring companies.
  • Experience using a GDS reservation system.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Understanding of cruise operations and inventory management.
  • Passionate about cruise travel and creating exceptional holiday experiences.
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Package:

  • Competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000, depending on experience.
  • Remote working.
  • Monday to Friday
