Experienced Contract Operations Assistant required for a leading, award-winning Luxury Travel Company. If you have experience within a Contract/Product department of a Tour Operator, using a GDS, this is an excellent opportunity to continue your career with a growing Travel Company. Overview to the role:
The Contract Loader role has the responsibility of loading all relevant information from the Direct Contacts into the company's Internal Systems, to give all agents access to the best possible rates/offers on the in-house booking system. Although primarily a data entry role this role requires a high degree of concentration and thought due to the complexities of contracts and isn't just a simple number entry role.

Job Description:
* Loading all relevant information from contracts to the CMS (internal loading system).
* Loading special offers received daily.
* Loading stop sales received daily.
* Loading contract amendments.
* Loading errata information and using discretion as to whether this needs to go on customer documentation.
* Dealing with queries and communicating effectively with the companies' different departments
* Problem solving - Dealing with system & human errors quickly and efficiently.
* Work closely with the Product and Land Only Teams.
* Pro-actively chasing information from the Product Team when required.
* Investigation of any Direct Contract loading queries.
* Supporting other departments.

Experience Required:
* Keen eye for detail.
* Ability to read and interpret contracts.
* High Standard of accuracy & attention to detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Problem solving.
* Desire to hit productivity targets.
* They should enjoy working as part of a team but be able to organise their own workload and be pro-active.
* Experience of working in travel
* Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
