They're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to work to continue and develop their ancillary product, managing partnership relationships successfully. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This exciting role would see you 'own' the ancillary product journey.
- It would include: product sourcing & contracting, relationship management, contract negotiation, business admin, customer experience, digital transformation and overall engagement.
- Working in a dynamic and fast paced team you will demonstrate strong commercial skills managing the touring pathway from planning to delivery.
- Responsible for driving the ancillary product strategy for the business, with continual assessing and reporting.
- Ensure that the ancillary product meets the strategic aims and high standard of service for the business.
- Look for and implement the technological advancements to join up our systems with those of our ancillary partners.
- Be the champion and voice of customers for the product. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the product process. Prioritise product requirements with product owners.
- Ensure all ancillary targets are met including sales growth, profit maximisation, pricing and contributions.
- Continue to evolve and streamline the reporting for our ancillary partnerships.
- Conduct travel trends and wider market research to identify new areas of opportunity and maximise sales.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Product Manager. If you have worked for a Tour Operator or a Travel Company, in product, commercial, yield with good all round destination knowledge we are keen to hear from you!
