My client, a leading independent car rental company are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join their busy sales team in Bristol.

As a Rental Sales Executive you will be talking to customers face to face, working towards targets to sell car rentals and upselling rental products whilst delivering an excellent customer service.

DUTIES:

• Create the best rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Advise our national and international commercial and private customers in the rental station on all vehicles in the fleet, all protection items and all extras
• Deliver excellent face to face customer service in all customer contact situations
• Rent high-class, modern vehicles
• Sell additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
• Coordinate the premium vehicle fleet

SKILLS & EXPERINCE:

• Previous experience working within a sales environment in car rental/sales, hospitality or any other sales targeted roles
• A confident demeanour and with the ability to use your personality to convert sales
• A good level of English skills which allows you to be a brilliant communicator
• Flexible approach to working as branches are open 7 days a week (shift rota)
• Have a full, clean UK driving licence with a minimum of 12 months experience

THE PACKAGE & BENIFITS:

• The successful candidate can expect a basic annual salary of: £21,777 plus commission with an OTE: £30,000
• Working 40 hours per week on a shift rota as branches are open 7 days a week
