A leading international business travel company in London is expanding their specialist Pharmaceutical team and an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to join a dedicated team. This team delivers high-touch, end-to-end travel management services for both individual travellers and group clients.

This role offers the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement, with a very generous salary, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with strict industry regulations and client requirements.
  • Adhere to established processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Create, modify, and manage individual and group travel reservations using Sabre.
  • Ensure all bookings, documentation, and expenses meet transparency, approval, and audit trail requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global and regional compliance regulations affecting client travel.
  • Proactively identify potential compliance risks and take corrective action prior to confirming travel arrangements.
  • Negotiate competitive fares and rates with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation suppliers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong client-focused approach at all times.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of client accounts, ensuring travel solutions meet their operational and regulatory needs.

Required Experience:

  • Experience managing Pharmaceutical or Healthcare accounts.
  • Good understanding of strict regulations and compliances within Pharmaceutical travel
  • Strong fare construction and ticketing knowledge, including Published and Nett fares.
  • Proficiency in Sabre is essential.
  • Experience booking group travel would be advantageous.
  • Excellent worldwide airfares knowledge and strong negotiation skills for managing airfare contracts.
  • A proactive, flexible, and fast-paced working approach.

Package:

  • A very generous salary, depending on experience.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Fully remote or hybrid working options available
