Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant in Aberdeen looking for a new opportunity, but keen to have a fully remote position in Corporate travel? My client a reputable Travel Management Company are seeking a Business Travel Consultant to join their team on a remote basis but based in Aberdeen, as the client is based in this area. If you would like to work Mon-Fri, office hours, from home, with one of the world's leading corporate travel company, this is for you! Salary is up to £28k pa plus benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To provide high level customer service to all clients internal and external to the required SLAs and company standards
• Assist with emergency actions, contingency plans, and out of hours requirements
• Ensure client travel policies are adhered to correctly
• To ensure all SLA's and KPI's are consistently met
• Communicate with your manager and business manager regarding client activity to include any positive or negative behaviour, client complaints etc
• To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices
• Ensure that all administration team tasks, both internal/external is of the highest standard
• Assist with all reservations and aspects of travel to include air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests received via any client and partners
• Offer travel advice for all types of scenarios
• To be fully conversant in all operational working practice

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven industry experience in all areas of travel management operations is essential
• Fully confident in using GDS systems - Sabre preferred
• Adept using Microsoft Office software

Working Hours & Package:

This is a remote role, working hours will operate between Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 8:30am-6pm

Salary dependant on experience and skillset is up to £28k, along with excellent benefits package.
