Are you and all-around great Business Development Manager with a proven record of bringing on new business. This is an exciting role for a proven Business Development Manager with extensive experience. You will help build a luxury service nationwide and internationally through lead generation, new business sales and developing existing accounts. With the return of travel, it essential that the business development manager can hit the ground running and open new accounts. We are looking for focused, hungry, ambitious, and talented individual who would like to grow with the brand as we increase our presence in the luxury sector

Job Description:

  • Lead generation
  • New business sales including contract negotiations, tendering, and closing deals to SME's and large businesses'
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities
  • Building and developing sales pipeline and rolling caseload
  • Face to face meetings
  • Building relationships through brand awareness/partnerships
  • Managing existing relationships and your biggest clients
  • Building and proactively engaging with your contact database
  • Cold calling/emailing and leading marketing campaigns
  • Selling to Generating business and accounts from SME's and large corporations
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to management team

Experience Required:

  • Good knowledge of travel/ground transport industry
  • Previous business development experience with a proven track record selling to SMES and large businesses'
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing complex deals with a long lead time
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Previous account management experience
  • Experience in presenting to SME's and large businesses'
  • Able to demonstrate sales record
  • Track record of B2B sales and B2C sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business sense

The Package:

  • Salary circa £40,000 (neg) + Bonus/Commission
