Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within the Corporate Travel Industry? Are you based in the Southeast and looking for your next exciting opportunity? We have the role for you!!!

We are working with an Independent Luxury Leisure / Business Travel company (based in Kent) who are looking for an experience BDM, to join their growing team and to help increase their already big client base!

The job:

* Manager new business, you will develop & manage new business relationships
* Present the company too potential clients through direct communication in meetings, telephone calls and emails
* You will effectively interact with other departments in all aspects of the sale and new client requirements
* Representing the company at events and tradeshows
* Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
* Working closely with / leading the Business Development team (currently two).
* Assist with recruitment, development, and motivation of the BDM team

Job requirements:

* 3 + years' experience within a BDM / Account Manager role
* Positive approach to researching and analysing new Business opportunities
* Proven record of securing new business
* Experience / knowledge of the Leisure / Corporate Travel Industry (highly desirable)
* Natural leader / relationship builder

The package:

* This role is ideally based in Kent (3 days in the office / 2 from home) - flexible for the right candidate
* Salary - Circa £40,000 + commission / company bonus scheme
* Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 - 5 / 9 - 6)
