We are working with a London based Corporate / Entertainment Travel company, who are looking for a Success / Account Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of high touch Entertainment Travel Advisors.

They are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow their network of Independent Advisors specialising in Entertainment Travel. This role is perfect for someone with deep industry knowledge, particularly in music touring, production, or high-touch corporate and leisure travel, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

The role:

  • Own a portfolio of high-touch Independent Advisors, serving as their primary point of contact across phone, email, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with each Advisor, understanding their unique business drivers and tailoring strategies to support growth and profitability.
  • Deliver impactful touchpoints including business reviews, tech/tool training, professional development, and best practice sharing to drive engagement and performance.
  • Act as a trusted coach and mentor, supporting Advisors in both travel-specific and broader business initiatives.
  • Communicate proactively with Advisors to share critical updates, industry insights, and opportunities that impact their business.
  • Monitor performance and cost-to-serve metrics, collaborating with leadership to assess portfolio health, develop growth strategies, and sunset relationships where appropriate.
  • Partner with the Director of Advisor Success UK to champion strategic initiatives, identify process improvements, and scope new opportunities for Advisor expansion.
  • Analyze revenue trends and Advisor feedback to create actionable recommendations that enhance earnings and drive adoption of preferred suppliers.
  • Navigate internal support structures on behalf of Advisors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and enabling them to focus on selling and servicing clients.
  • Identify and escalate inefficiencies or friction points within internal processes that impact Advisor experience.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful records in CRM systems, contributing to broader leadership visibility and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the ASO team to share insights, align on Advisor needs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
    Leverage data and reporting tools to identify sales trends, supplier usage, and areas for Advisor growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of travel industry account management and / or operational experience (both preferred), experience working as, with, or alongside independent travel advisors is a plus
  • Extensive experience/knowledge in entertainment markets; music touring/production travel experience preferred, corporate travel or leisure travel otherwise
  • Commercial acumen - from both an ability to understand and influence advisor profitability, whilst in turn, experience in negotiating commercial terms and supporting advisors with pricing strategies relevant to their market
  • Advisor development & coaching - proven track record of mentoring or coaching advisors to grow their business, ability to understand underperformance and implement tailored growth plans.
  • Understanding the nature of entertainment travel - last minute, high-pressure, VIP/artist travel/film shoots, confidentiality and complex logistics.
  • Tech-enabled advisor support - ability to train and onboard advisors on tools where necessary and facilitate story-telling of data to advisors, showing them trends and opportunities.
  • Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first mindset, experience managing disruptions advantageous.
  • Act as a bridge between advisors needs and internal teams to get the best outcomes.
  • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Friendly, approachable and outgoing - this is a people centric role, where developing valuable relationships is imperative.
  • Passionate about the Independent Advisor model and empowering entrepreneurs.
  • Values diversity, inclusion and creativity.
  • Ability to build relationships even remotely is critical, as many advisors are not office based.
  • Ability to travel when needed, both domestic and abroad.
  • Working knowledge of the GDS and travel tools - Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus advantageous

The package:

  • A salary of circa £55,000 (dependant on experience)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the London office, 2 from home)
