I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Administration Executive for a well-established and expanding company based in Leeds! This truly is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to take a step back from those stressful sales but still be indulged in the Travel Industry!
Job Description:
*Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team
*Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
*Processing and chasing tickets
*Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
*Correct and amend existing bookings
*After sales including processing refunds
*Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.
*Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
*Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
*Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.
Experience Required:
*At least 1 year travel industry experience
*Strong administration skills
*Organised
*Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
*PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems
*A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
The Package:
*Flexible working hours available (ideally full time to begin with)
*Salary up to £18k, DOE and pro-rata according to decided hours
*Part time applicants will also be considered
