Do you have a proven background of retaining and developing existing corporate accounts?

This successful, Travel Management Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven background in retaining and growing business.

Job Description:

  • Building and maintaining multi-level client relationships
  • Develop strategic business plans that measure progress based on individual business goals and objectives
  • Monitor and review travel programmes; identifying opportunities for growth, enhanced policy compliance and continuous improvement
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained and drive improvements to service delivery through feedback
  • Take ownership of managing and executing models according to client requirements
  • Supporting with onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Previous account management experience is essential
  • Ability to sort and interrogate large volumes of data to identify trends, habits and potential risks and opportunities
  • Demonstrates empathy, understanding and action to fulfil client requirements
  • SMART business planning to produce maximum ROI
  • Experience of knowing when to make urgent decisions and/or when to escalate issues
  • Takes an active interest in topical affairs, market trends and competitor activity
  • Strong client retention rate and contract renewal
  • Provide a consultative approach to managing client programmes building trust, engagement and credibility

Package:

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) along with a company bonus

Fully remote, however you will be required to attend client face-to-face meetings and company meetings.
