My Client a well-established Corporate Travel company are looking for an experienced a Lead Project Executive to join their growing business. Do you have Venue Sourcing/ Conference /MICE/Events experience in the travel industry? Are you seeking a new challenge? Can you take complete ownership for the creation and execution of Groups/Events Travel? If you answered yes to all of these questions, this could be the ideal role for you. Job Purpose:
*To provide a Venue Finding & Groups service for all or any of our client accounts in compliance with company procedures.
*Taking complete ownership for the creation and execution of events working with the Operational teams.
*To produce high-quality proposals for new and existing clients

Job Description:
*Manage and support multiple client events
*Accurately produce all client proposals
*Present full understanding of client requirements and templates
*Attend client meetings as requested by Management
*Proactively escalate delivery issues through notification of management to ensure continuous improvement of meeting processes, procedures and tools
*Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in areas relating to spelling, grammar and punctuation
*Show ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
*Effectively plan and manage client events and deliver to the client's specification including research, budgets, policies, negotiation, management of suppliers and build web registration tools as required.
*Ensure client feedback is seen as an opportunity to improve. Creatively resolve all disputes in a timely and effective manner involving others where appropriate
*Show ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills
*Understand, apply and promote the company's values at all times
*Assist Project Mangers/Project Leads on complex events with the preparation and maintenance of budgets.

Experience Required:
*Is self-motivated
*Has a passion for success
*Has a real interest in the Travel / Events Industry
*Has previously been in a travel role with some supervisory experience.
*Ability to think logically and consider all relevant aspects
*Computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including intermediate Excel
*Flexible to changing business needs
*Experience in Event or meeting management
