Do you have experience within the Travel Industry, or experience in sales with a passion for Travel?

A well-established Travel & Tour Operator, based in Kent are a rapidly expanding within the industry and looking full time Travel Consultants to join them.

They will offer on the job training so previous travel and/or sales experience is not essential, but would be advantageous.

The role:

*Respond to client enquires & create inspiring travel itineraries' in a friendly and professional manner
*To contribute to company sales targets by exceeding personal minimum expected sales figures
*Offer advice to clients on travel requirements, e.g. passports, visas, vaccinations, etc
*Handle all customer complaints or refunds quickly & effectively keeping your manager updated at all times
Requirements:

*Experience or a passion for Travel
*Good telephone manner
*Good organisational skills
*Ability to talk with confidence
*Good communication skills

Package & Hours:

A basic salary of £19,000 is on offer and an OTE of £23,000.
Staff are required to work a day every weekend and sometimes work both days on the weekend (rota is done on a weekly basis). We also require once a week a late shift which is 12.30 - 9 am (normal days are 9-5.30)
