THE JOB:
My client is an independent retail travel specialist who are looking to expand their team, this company is growing at a rapid rate so now is the time to join them and move on with a forward thinking travel company! As an independent company you have the freedom and flexibility to tailor make each holiday for your clients and also have the ability to use a range of suppliers to ensure you are always offering your clients the best option! As you will be offering your clients excellent customer service this will ensure your clients always return to book year after year.
*To take a Hands-on approach, arranging clients holidays working with your team to achieve set goals and targets
*To direct all activities to support the achievement of the business
*To take responsibility for maximising the sales and profitability by maintaining the excellent customer service this amazing team are known for!
*To respond to all customer queries and action as required
*Deliver the highest standards of customer service and care at all times

EXPERIENCE:
You will be an experienced travel specialist, ideally from an independent background however strong candidates from a multiple travel agency will also be considered. You will be comfortable with tailor making holidays and also have a good knowledge in long haul destinations enabling you to sell these amazing holidays to your clients.

THE PACKAGE:
You will be offered a great basic salary in the region of £1600-£18000 plus company benefits and you will also be offered some amazing educationals to worldwide destinations so make sure your passport is in date!
