Based in state of the art offices in the heart of Lancashire, this suits those based in and around Bolton, Preston and Wigan who have proven target driven sales experience in a call centre environment, with a passion for travel! OTE is £25k pa but is uncapped!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Taking inbound calls from travel agents who are seeking holidays for their customers
*Matching their requirements to put together the perfect holidays
*Booking European and worldwide holidays
*Providing excellent customer service, building excellent rapport with the travel agents you liaise with
*Utilising Travel Industry computer systems to create the itineraries
*Hours are on a fair rota basis: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are seeking candidates with previous sales, target driven, call centre experience. It would beneficial if you can demonstrate a passion for travel, or have travelled independently yourself! You will pride yourself on excellent customer service, with good attention to detail and you'll be IT literate, willing to train onto travel systems.

THE PACKAGE:
Starting salary is the national living wage, but this is all about the excellent earnings potential with an OTE of £25k pa but this is uncapped. Travel & holidays are a fantastic product to sell and get excited by, making this an enjoyable and rewarding role. The company is an an international travel company, with a big presence in the UK and a number of successful brands, so there are excellent long term prospects! You will work in a fun Sales Centre environment with great incentives in addition to a lucrative commission scheme and overseas educational trips.
