Senior Direct Marketing Executive with high energy creativity and technical skills is required to contribute strong growth for the business across the UK. This role is responsible for the effective delivery of consumer marketing projects including email marketing (consumer direct and travel agent), lead generation/nurture, database management, advertising, DM/brochure production and all reporting.

The Job:
*In conjunction with the Head of Marketing and the Digital Alliance team, responsible for development of consumer and digital marketing to achieve revenue and pax goals
*Development and co-ordination of end to end consumer and digital marketing projects working with in-house designer and the Digital Alliance for preparation of assets
*Act as the primary liaison between the UK and head office for the roll out of any new content website updates for either site
*Manage consumer budget and ensure ROI measures are in place
*Work with the Digital Alliance to manage and optimise search and remarketing campaigns
*Work with the Digital Alliance and head office to optimise customer website journey
*Manage lead nurture process and develop UK specific content; take necessary steps to improve conversion rates throughout cycle
*Effectively manage email and postal databases; utilise data segmentation techniques to more effectively communicate with key database segments
*Seek to identify ways to increase prospect database by at least 30% per annum
*Drive communication with prospect and past passenger databases including EDM's and lead generation, dispatch EDM's and monitor relevant metrics
*Manage the copy writing, briefing, production , proofing, and editing of all consumer marketing communication and collateral
*Ownership of the proposed content for regional social media sites - Facebook in particular (consumer and trade facing)
*Manage focus group schedule and other consumer research initiatives
*Ownership of the key consumer offline campaign activity; work with in-house designed on execution of all assets
*Pitch National Tourist Boards relevant to our destinations for access to co-op funds and marketing opportunities
*Identify, secure, and develop new partnerships/affiliates to grow the business

Experience Required:
*Proven multi-channel marketing experience
*Relevant travel marketing industry experience (desirable)
*Experience working with a luxury travel brand (desirable )
*An understanding of travel distribution in the UK desirable
*Strong skills in MS Word & PowerPoint; advanced Excel
*Experience using SalesForce as marketing tool
*Experience with Google Analytics and social media tracking tools
*Experience working with HTML and building emails in Marketing Cloud

The Package:
*Salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 plus company benefits depending on experience.
