Experienced travel sales support executives wanted! Delighting customers with wonderful and luxurious holiday experiences is at the heart of this fantastic travel company's field. With some very niche product offerings they are proud to be one of the leaders in its field. They are looking to add a new Sales Support Executive to their successful team.

The Job:
We are looking for the next Sales Support Executive with a strong travel industry administration background. You will ideally come from an independent travel background with some GDS knowledge too.
The Sales Support Executive will be supporting the busy sales team and ensuring that all travel arrangements are correct, from checking sales documents and supplier invoices to sending out clients final travel documentation. You will be able to work on your own initiative without constant supervision, have flexibility and be able to think outside the box.
Duties will include:
Checking invoices are correct and paid on time.
Administrative support to the sales team.
Responsible for accurate preparation and production of final travel documents including Itineraries, Travel Vouchers, E-Tickets and Pre-Departure docs.
Experience Required:
Travel Industry Administration background.
User knowledge of a GDS or Dolphin System.
Ability to read hotel and airline contracts.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Organised and methodical.
Good knowledge of MD Word and MS Excel.
Other Information:
Working a 37.5-hour week typically Monday to Friday although some Saturdays may be required. The shifts will vary from 9am - 5.30pm to 11:30am - 8:00pm and your flexibility is required.
The Package:
My client is offering a competitive salary package from £22,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience.
