This leading Independent retail travel company are currently seeking an experienced travel consultant to join their branch in the East Suffolk coast area. As an Independent Travel Consultant, you can expect to be dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made holidays, along with package holidays. You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary plus commission, incentives, discounts and career progressions!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
• Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
• Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
• Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
• Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
• Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
• Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous Travel Consultant experience from either a multiple travel agency or an independent travel agency
• You will be passionate about travel and customer service
• Motivated to earn commission

THE PACKAGE:

Salary is dependent on experience, but also generous, with a basic salary in the region of £18000 - £19300 dependent on experience, more for exceptional experience! In addition there is a wide ranging benefits package available as well as commission, incentives and travel discounts.
