Seeking a step up in your events career looking for a company who offer excellent career growth? Are you a successful Event Specialist who has managed and delivered a range of multiple event projects within numerous industries? Do you have excellent communication skills to maintain client and supplier relationships? A leading events business based in Surrey require an Event Coordinator to join an expanding team.
EVENT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Assist the Event Team to deliver event projects
* Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet expectations
* Assist with website creation and development where required
* Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
* Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships
* Manage supplier relationships
* Adhere to client specific SLA's and process requirements where necessary
* Track negotiations throughout the project life
* Manage and submit expenses and credit card reconciliations
* Travel to onsite inspections and assist events onsite
* Attend training where required at Head Office
* Attend client and supplier meetings where required
EVENT COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* Must have Event management experience
* Proven background supporting large scales event projects
* Ability to manage changing business and technical requirements in a fast pace environment
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel using Mac and PC
* Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications skills
* Strong background in development of both team and client relationships
PACKAGE:
A basic salary range between £20,000 to £23,000 offered plus extra benefits to include bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holidays
Monday to Friday hours
