A Product Support Executive is required for this highly successful Tour Operator, selling tailor-made short break trips to Europe to both clients and Travel Agents based throughout the UK.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a busy Product Department within a successful and highly reputable Tour Operator, located in the centre of Edinburgh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with suppliers and contracting rates.
- Dealing with operational issues.
- Reporting to your Product Manager, and assisting them with their duties.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with accommodation suppliers.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service.
- Conducting general administration.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have previous travel industry and a natural knack for customer service. We're looking for a bright team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of working well under pressure and committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times. The successful candidate will report directly to the City Breaks Product Manager.

THE PACKAGE:
This excellent position offers a competitive basic salary of £17,000, with generous company benefits.
